Refund Policy


Customer service is our priority. If you don't love your purchase let us know within 15 days. We will gladly accept returns in exchange for store credit. Refunds are not provided. 

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and in its original condition with tags attached. 

Our policy is 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to accept returns.

To inquire about a return, kindly send an email to us at info@shoprosely.com. Include a copy of your name, date of purchase and reason for return. 

If your request is accepted, please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we have received and inspected your item(s) we will issue you a store credit.
