Business hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 5:00pm EST. 

Orders and Shipping 

After placing an order it will typically be processed within 72 hours.

If placing an order during a promotional sale, an extra 3-4 business days will be added to processing times.

Once an order has been processed, it will be shipped via UPS or USPS. You will be notified once your order has shipped out.

Once shipped, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive.
